Finding Books & Serials in WorldCat.
Is searching for conference proceedings driving you crazy? Are you never quite sure which record is the correct choice for a journal? Finding Books and Serials in WorldCat will help you to harness the power of both FirstSearch and Connexion searching interfaces to increase your success in finding OCLC records and holdings. Online demonstration will be done in the Connexion client and in the FirstSearch Resource Sharing staff view. An orientation to the same techniques in the Connexion browser will also be included.

- Use material types, languages and years to really hone in on accurate results.
- Successfully view and navigate results lists.
- Understand record displays.
Who Should Attend: Anyone wishing to improve the success of their searching technique.
