This class focuses on the use of Local Holding Maintenance in the OCLC Connexion Browser. Topics covered include: searching OCLC for holdings information, understanding and using the holdings formats and standards, local holdings maintenance, and ordering offline union list products. This class is intended for library staff members who input or modify Local Holdings records.

Who should attend: Those interested in learning about Local Holdings Maintenance in the OCLC Connexion browser and how to search, create, and maintain Local Data Records

Prerequisite: All those attending must be able to perform basic OCLC operations on OCLC Connexion Browser, such as logging on and off, basic searching, and record editing. These skills will be assumed in this session.
