OCLC Participating Institutions Web Site Updated

“Participating Institutions” is the web site your FirstSearch end-users are brought to when they click the “Find Codes” link on the FirstSearch Advanced or Expert search screen.

Noteworthy changes include:

• A new name. The Web site is now named “Find an OCLC Library.”
• The required use of most abbreviations has been discontinued (except state).
• Combined searching of fields is now permitted.
• A library's member status is clearly spelled out.
• Search results no longer include ILL-related information (now available through the OCLC Policies Directory).
