OCLC Resource Sharing Documentation Has Been Updated

OCLC's Resource Sharing documentation has been enhanced with the addition of 12 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and 1 tip, covering functions in the Policies Directory. Located at http://www.oclc.org/support/questions/resourcesharing/ipd/ the new FAQs describe the process of deflection and its implications for the interlibrary loan workflow. The new tip, found at http://www.oclc.org/support/tips/resourcesharing/tip6.htm, also involves deflection and describes how you can set MARC LHR field 008 to override deflection.
