The BioMed Central online portfolio offers scientific and medical image databases, review journals, pharmaceutical research databases, and over 55 peer reviewed research journals, which are accessible through the BioMed Central search platform, providing the user with an integrated and intuitive search environment.

The original research articles in all journals published by BioMed Central are open access.
