Jon supports and does training on OCLC ILL, OCLC ILLiad and other Resource Sharing services, including LAND.
Jon Penn has worked at Nylink since 1988. Prior to working at Nylink, he worked as Interlibrary Loan/Reference Librarian at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and the University of Delaware. Jon received his MLS from the University at Albany.
